I dread the word. A hiatus is a thing all TV show fans hate, whether it be a week or two of no new episodes, or the break between one season and another. Regardless, they suck. And most of us have been right in the middle of a bunch right now. Luckily, the seasons will begin soon and we can get back to our shows.
These are some of the shows I'm looking forward to watching/blogging about and a little recap on what we saw last...
These are some of the shows I'm looking forward to watching/blogging about and a little recap on what we saw last...
Sundays
- Once Upon a Time - So, Henry had just be taken away by the evil humans into the portal in the water, everyone thinks Neil/Bae is dead, Rumple left Belle behind to find his grandson while keeping her and the town safe because he wants to BE A BETTER MAN and finally take care of his family, Captain Eyeliner, Evil Regal, and the Charmings climbed aboard the Jolly Roger to follow the evils to Neverland to take on Peter Pan. Oh, and I hear a little mermaid is making her way to Storybrook's shores...
Mondays
- How I Met Your Mother - We know who the mother is now...or what she looks like at least. I'm not as interested in her story as I am in the gang getting into their usual shenanigans. And I truly find Barney and Robin's relationship wonderful and awkward.
Thursdays
- Once Upon a Time in Wonderland *NEW* I don't even know what to say, but if Once Upon a Time is good, then I'm sure this spin off will be, too. Bring it on.
- Glee - BLAINE HAD A RINGBOX BEHIND HIS BACK. It's the last thing we see. Seriously!? But there is the whole thing with the death of Cory Monteith. Terrible, terrible thing. I'm very curious how they are going to write that into the show. And the whole Demi Lovato joining the cast for a spin. We shall see, eh?
- The Big Bang Theory - I love intelligent comedy. Let's see, we left off with Leonard leaving for a big science-y voyage again. Penny and Leonard are back together, Sheldon and Amy are...whatever they are. Oh! And Raj can talk to girls now. Let the hilarity ensue!
Then you have the shows that we still have a while to wait on.
- Game of Thrones - March. Man, that show is so messed up. Pain, I'm telling you. We'll talk closer to premiere time...
- Doctor Who - November...which I have to wait until after airing and watch it online later... JOHN HURT. What? I don't even understand where he's supposed to fit in the timeline. Clara...meh. I'm not a total fan of the show being all about the Companion since Moffat took over, but I can handle her a lot better than Amy... And I KNOW Matt Smith isn't quite done yet, but PETER CAPALDI.
*Not my pictures or GIFs...not that talented.*
